Jai power energy services has been promoted by Mr.M.Jayaprakash who is a 1983 batch engineering graduate, from Government College of technology, Coimbatore, under University of Madras

He has joined Cethar Ltd (formerly Cethar vessels Ltd) in the year 1985. He has started his carrier as a field engineer responsible for erection and commissioning of industrial boilers especially AFBC boilers, and has rose up to Vice president /construction for Utility power projects.

During his tenure in Cethar ltd, he held various positions as Site-incharge, Commissioning engineer, commissioning incharge, Head/industrial boilers and captive power plants, taking care of erection, commissioning, performance testing, and service requirements of boilers. Then he become Head construction for Utility boilers and power projects taking care of construction and commissioning.

He has hands on experience in commissioning, trouble shooting, and performance testing of boilers and power plants. He has thorough knowledge on commissioning and operation of Fluidized bed boilers, travelling grate boilers, Circulating fluid bed boilers and pulverized fuel fired boilers. He has commissioned and operated boilers of various capacities ranging from 4 tph fbc to 350mw pc fired boilers. Has undergone commissioning training at Riley Power U.S.A for P.C fired boiler.
